WildHold is operated privately in the United Kingdom. We collect only the information needed to run the website, Closed Alpha and game accounts.

Information we collect

Closed Alpha applications can include your name, email address and application message. If accepted, we also store your Player ID, account/security records, game state and bug or idea submissions. Security systems may process network information such as IP addresses temporarily to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to review Alpha applications, provide and secure accounts, operate the game server, send service emails, investigate problems and improve WildHold.

Cookies and website measurement

WildHold uses essential cookies for login, security and remembering your cookie preference. We also use simple first-party server-side funnel counts to understand whether people reach the Alpha application flow. These counts do not require an analytics cookie. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal data. Information is only shared with infrastructure and email providers where needed to operate WildHold, or where required by law.

Retention and access

Information is kept only for as long as it is useful for account, Alpha, security or development purposes. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your WildHold account, subject to records we need to retain for security or legal reasons.
